This is one powerful product. If it absolutely, positively has to stay stuck then stick with this stuff. It is a 1/16 inch gap filling foam tape that stays put on either smooth or irregular surfaces.

Same super strong tape but cut into convenient tabs. 1" x 2" x 1,000 pieces per roll. These are cut so that the liner extends past the tabs... really easy to pull the line off. 1/16" foam.
Fantastic to mount on surface because it attracts magnetic materials. Steel-Tin alloy tape has silicone paper liner and a strong adhesive on the steel.
